  • Overview

    To develop with support of the Regional Director, a recruitment service suppling both temporary and permanent personnel services to existing and new target clients.


    • Recruitment of Professional talent from Energy & Engineering industries, sourcing, attracting and engaging specialists within disciplines that match the needs of Rider Hunt International clients.
    • Develop a good understanding of client companies, their recruitment processed, industry operations, work culture and locations.
    • Build relationships using sales & marketing, business development and marketing to attract additional business from client companies and to secure new accounts.
    • Daily contact to prospective clients to market RHi's services.
    • Meet contractor headcounts and premanent placement revenue targets.
    • Reverse market candidates.
    • Deliver suitable candidate resume(s) to the client within 72 hour of being assigned a role to resource through.
    • Enter all requisitions into and then search the Applicant Tracking System to identify suitable candidate for client vacancies.
    • Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing ads in a wide range of media (e.g. company website, online job boards, industry websites and social network media) and campaign management.
    • Headhunt quality candidates, specifically identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
    • Recieve and review applications, manage internal and client interviews and short-list candidates.
    • Brief the candidate about the responsibilites, salary and benefits of the position applied for.
    • Negotitate salary, taking advice from HR, or rates and obtaining client and commercial approvals.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience, through communication, regular check-ins and updates, and positive on-boarding.
    • Request references and check the suitability of applicants as directed by the client.
    • Prepare resume(s), candidate summaries and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants and for inclusion into proposals under the direction of the Regional Director.
    • Participate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the recruitment related Business Execution Principles and procedures.
    • Responsible for the maintenance of key client accounts as directed and provide the Regional Director with any potential leads.
    • Qualify candidates (perform reference checks, background checks, employment checks and schedule and co-oridnate competency based screening).
    • Liason with HR co-workers to support mobilization, visa applications, agreements, rate revisions, training and recruitment where needed.
    • Assist with the negotiation of Contractual T&C's in conjunction with Operations, and Commercial functions.
    • Deal with some basic day-to-day HR related matters and raise HR matters that need to be brought to HR management attention.
    • Input into brand development and EVP (Employee Value Proposition).
    • Develop and maintain a general understanding of RHi's core competencies and operational capabilities to help provide solutions to Business Development resulting in profitable growth.
    • Work with other regions to standardize the support of BD Team/Recruitment Software.
    • General understanding of base of rates, selling of services and mark-up/profabiity.
    • General Business Acumen.
